A few problems are selected as class work on Mr. Nassimi's workbook with the answers to give the students an opportunity to practice collaboratively & allowing them to think, make observations and connections, ask questions, explore, learn from their errors, and share ideas among themselves. During the class work, the instructor will mingle with students, guiding their discussions, and responding to their queries to build a solid foundation of understanding and enhancing their confidence. Students will have an opportunity to work on the problems related directly to the lecture by themselves in a workshop format. Each student has to pick one or two fellow students to discuss and solve the given problems together. The instructor will go around the class room and help those who need help.
All the class works are due the same night unless there is not sufficient time to complete them. In that case students are aked to complete the class work outside the class room and are due the following lecture night. |
